Tecres is founded

Tecres was founded in 1981 and grew into a global independent manufacturer of acrylic resins and medical devices for orthopedics and vertebroplasty.

OsteoRemedies joins the Group

Demetra expanded its presence in the US through the acquisition of OsteoRemedies, focused on providing surgeons with simple solutions for complex PJI disorders.

Demetra is established

Demetra was established through the merger of Tecres and aap Biomaterials, bringing complementary expertise together under one vision.

Shanghai joint venture

A joint venture agreement for a plant in Shanghai was signed, strengthening the Group’s industrial footprint and global reach.

Partnership with Astorg

Next Science assets acquired

The majority of assets of Next Science were acquired, strengthening the portfolio of solutions designed to address microbial burden.
